Cajun Garlic Butter Steak over Creamy Parmesan Linguine

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak strips for 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a plate.

Step 4: In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter. Remove from heat.

Step 5: In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Step 6: Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes.

Step 7: Add the cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.

Step 8: Plate the pasta and top with Cajun garlic butter steak. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Storage Information:

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of cream or milk to restore the sauce’s texture. Not recommended for freezing.
