Cajun Steak Tips in Cheesy Parmesan Shells

Instructions

Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook shell pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: While the pasta cooks, season steak cubes with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak tips in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from pan and set aside.

Step 4: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Step 5: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and paprika, whisking until smooth and creamy.

Step 6: Toss in the cooked pasta shells and mix until well coated with the sauce.

Step 7: Serve pasta on a plate with Cajun steak tips on the side. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat steak and pasta gently on the stovetop or in the microwave with a splash of cream or water to refresh the sauce.
