Step 1 Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with foil, then place a wire rack on top.
/n Step 2 Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the wire rack.
/n Step 3 Top each cracker with a piece of bacon.
/n Step 4 In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
/n Step 5 Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over each bacon-topped cracker.
/n Step 6 Bake for 25–30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized.
/n Step 7 Remove from the oven and let cool slightly to allow the glaze to set.
/n Step 8 Serve warm or at room temperature.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days. Reheat briefly in the oven at 300°F (150°C) to restore crispiness. Avoid microwaving to keep the crackers crunchy.
