Instructions

step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
step 2 In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt, then cut in butter until crumbly.

step 9 Remove from oven and let cool completely.
step 10 Drizzle caramel sauce over the bars.
step 11 In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, then drizzle glaze over the top.
step 12 Cut into bars and serve.
