step 1 Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
step 2 Lightly toast the slices of bread on both sides, then spread with a thin layer of butter.
step 3 Sprinkle grated cheddar evenly over the buttered toast and place under the grill until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
step 4 While the cheese is melting, heat the tinned spaghetti in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
step 5 Remove cheesy toast from the grill and spoon over the hot spaghetti.
step 6 Season with a little salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
Storage and Reheating Tips
This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but you can refrigerate leftover spaghetti for up to 2 days. Reheat in a saucepan or microwave until hot. Always prepare the toast fresh to maintain its crispness.
