Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the French fries on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly crisped.
Step 2: While the fries bake, cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, and mustard. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Transfer baked fries into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top evenly with the beef mixture.
Step 4: Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
Step 5: Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6: Drizzle with extra ketchup, sprinkle with chopped pickles or parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) to maintain crispness or microwave for a quick option.
