Instructions
Step 1: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 2: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and crumbled, draining any excess grease if necessary.
Step 3: Stir in the beef broth, milk, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
Step 4: Stir in the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of milk if needed to loosen the sauce.
