Instructions
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2 Pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork, rub with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 Bake for 40–50 minutes until tender.
Step 4 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 5 Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then form into patties.
Step 6 Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Step 7 Place cheddar cheese slices on top of the patties and allow to melt.
Step 8 In another pan, melt butter over medium heat and add green beans.
Step 9 Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 6–8 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 10 Remove sweet potatoes from the oven and slice open.
Step 11 Serve cheeseburger patties alongside green beans and sweet potatoes.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the burger patties in a skillet over medium heat to maintain juiciness. Warm green beans in a pan and reheat sweet potatoes in the oven or microwave until heated through.
