Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess grease.
Step 3: Stir in the salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and egg until smooth.
Step 5: Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared pie crust. Pour the mayo mixture over the top and spread to cover.
Step 6: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Step 7: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Storage Information
Store leftover cheeseburger pie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat slices in the oven or microwave until warmed through. You can also freeze individual slices for up to 1 month—wrap tightly and thaw in the fridge before reheating.
