Instructions
step 1 In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
step 2 Stir in ketchup and mayonnaise (and mustard if using). Mix well and remove from heat.
step 3 Lay tortillas flat and layer each with cooked beef, shredded cheese or cheese sauce, diced avocado, and shredded lettuce.
step 4 Fold in the sides and roll up tightly into a wrap. Lightly toast in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melty.
step 5 Slice wraps in half or thirds and place in a lunch container.
step 6 In a separate compartment, add cucumber ribbons, cherry tomatoes, and mixed greens.
step 7 Fill another compartment with fresh grapes, strawberries, and a nectarine or sliced fruit of choice.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave just before eating, if desired. Keep salad and fruit fresh by packing separately and storing in airtight containers until ready to eat.
