Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, crushed crackers, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix just until combined.
Step 3: Shape the beef mixture into 8 evenly sized patties and place them into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and beef broth until well blended. Pour this mixture evenly over the hamburger patties.
Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the dish.
Step 6: Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Step 7: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
