Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)./n
Step 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth./n
Step 3 Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, half of the crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper./n
Step 4 Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly./n
Step 5 Top with the remaining bacon and a little extra cheese if desired./n
Step 6 Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top./n
Step 7 Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with toasted bread or crackers.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F (160°C) until warmed through or microwave in short intervals, stirring in between. Do not freeze as the texture may become grainy.
