Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
/n Step 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the sausages on all sides until browned.
/n Step 3 Remove sausages and place them in the prepared baking dish.
/n Step 4 In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
/n Step 5 Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
/n Step 6 Pour the sauce evenly over the sausages.
/n Step 7 Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
/n Step 8 Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until sausages are fully cooked and cheese is melted and bubbly.
/n Step 9 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
Microwave reheating is possible but may soften the texture.
This dish can be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
