Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2 In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk and let soak for a few minutes.

Step 3 Add ground sausage, ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.

Step 4 Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
/n
Step 5 Roll the mixture into small, evenly sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 6 Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 7 Let cool slightly before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave until warmed through. These meatballs can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated directly from frozen.
