Cheesy Beef and Potato Bake

Instructions

Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
/n Step 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté onion and garlic until softened.
/n Step 3 Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
/n Step 4 In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
/n Step 5 Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream, cooking until the sauce thickens.
