Cheesy Beef and Potato Casserole

Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish. /n
Step 2 In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until soft, about 3–4 minutes. /n
Step 3 Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. /n
Step 4 Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed. /n
Step 5 Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes. /n
Step 6 Arrange a layer of sliced potatoes in the bottom of the baking dish. /n
Step 7 Spoon a portion of the beef mixture over the potatoes, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. /n
Step 8 Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top. /n
Step 9 Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender. /n
Step 10 Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through or microwave individual portions. This casserole can also be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
