Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.
Step 3: Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 4: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a cube or pinch of cheese in the center.
Step 5: Pinch the edges of the biscuit dough together to seal and shape into a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6: Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 7: Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Storage Information
Store leftover Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture. These can also be frozen and reheated from frozen.
