step 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
step 2 Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
step 3 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
step 4 Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
step 5 Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
step 6 Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
step 7 Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce and diced tomatoes.
step 8 Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika, then simmer for 5 minutes.
step 9 Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until well combined.
step 10 Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
step 11 Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese over the top.
step 12 Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
step 13 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through, or microwave individual portions. Add a splash of water or sauce when reheating to keep the pasta moist.
