Cheesy Beef Noodle Casserole

Instructions

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish /n
Step 2 Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside /n
Step 3 In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened /n
Step 4 Add ground beef and cook until browned, then drain excess fat /n
Step 5 Stir in mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper /n
Step 6 Let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes to develop flavor /n
Step 7 Add the cooked noodles and mix until well combined /n
Step 8 Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly /n
Step 9 Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top /n
Step 10 Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden /n
Step 11 Let cool slightly before serving

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave until warmed through. This casserole can also be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
