Step 1 Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Step 2 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
Step 3 Add salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic, then cook for another minute.
Step 4 Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Step 5 Add the heavy cream and mix until the sauce becomes rich and creamy.
Step 6 Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix well.
Step 7 Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
Step 8 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 9 Garnish with red pepper flakes and fresh parsley before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through, adding a splash of milk if needed.
This dish can be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
