Step 1 Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside /n
Step 2 In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until softened /n
Step 3 Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, then drain excess fat /n
Step 4 Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper /n
Step 5 Let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes to develop flavor /n
Step 6 Add the cooked rotini and mix until well combined /n
Step 7 Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top /n
Step 8 Cover and cook on low until the cheese is melted and bubbly /n
Step 9 Serve warm
Storage and Reheating Tips
