Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
/n Step 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
/n Step 3 Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder, and cook for 1 minute.
/n Step 4 Remove from heat and let the beef cool slightly.
/n Step 5 In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
/n Step 6 Spoon the filling evenly into each jalapeño half.
/n Step 7 Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.
/n Step 8 Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden and bubbly.
/n Step 9 Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through to keep them slightly crispy.
Microwave reheating is possible but may soften the peppers.
Freezing is not recommended as the texture of the peppers may change.
