Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3: Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Step 4: Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each rigatoni tube with the beef mixture.
Step 5: Arrange the stuffed rigatoni upright or laid flat in the baking dish. Pour any remaining beef sauce over the top.
Step 6: Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly.
Step 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Step 8: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through or in the microwave in short intervals, covered, to retain moisture.
