Cheesy Beef & Veggie Wraps

Instructions

Step 1: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.

Step 2: Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Step 3: Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and chili powder. Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Step 4: Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold.

Step 5: Layer each tortilla with a portion of the beef mixture, shredded cheddar, shredded mozzarella, lettuce, and fresh diced tomatoes.

Step 6: Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.

Step 7: Place each wrap seam-side down in a clean skillet over medium heat. Cook until golden and crisp on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Step 8: Slice in half and serve warm with your choice of sour cream or taco sauce.

Storage Information

Wrap leftovers tightly in foil or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or toaster oven to retain the crisp texture. Freezing is not recommended as the fresh vegetables may become soggy.
