Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish /n
Step 2 Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until just tender, then drain well /n
Step 3 In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant /n
Step 4 Add heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine /n
Step 5 Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth and creamy /n
Step 6 Add the broccoli to the sauce and mix until evenly coated /n
Step 7 Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish /n
Step 8 Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top /n
Step 9 Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown /n
Step 10 Let cool slightly before serving
