Instructions:
Step 1: Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Add ground beef to the skillet. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
Step 4: Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat evenly.
Step 5: Stir in heavy cream and half of the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and combined.
Step 6: Transfer everything to a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Step 7: Broil for 2–3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Step 8: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information:
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or on the stovetop with a splash of cream or milk. Not recommended for freezing, as the sauce may separate.
