Instructions

Step 1: Season steak cubes with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Step 2: In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 3: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well, then add Parmesan cheese and mozzarella. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce thickens.

Step 4: Meanwhile, cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 5: Add the cooked pasta to the garlic sauce and toss to coat evenly. Add the seared steak on top.

Step 6: Sprinkle smoked paprika and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.

Storage Information

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or milk to maintain creaminess. Not suitable for freezing due to the dairy content.
