Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish./n
Step 2: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder./n
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side until lightly golden./n
Step 4: Remove the chicken and set aside, then in the same pan sauté the garlic until fragrant./n
Step 5: Add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy./n
Step 6: Stir in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted into the sauce./n
Step 7: Place broccoli florets in the baking dish and pour a small amount of sauce over them./n
Step 8: Slice the chicken breasts and arrange them over the broccoli.
Step 9: Pour the remaining cheese sauce evenly over the chicken and broccoli./n
Step 10: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top./n
Step 11: Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden./n
Step 12: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips
