Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
/n Step 2 Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
/n Step 3 In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning.
/n Step 4 Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
/n Step 5 Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
/n Step 6 Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
/n Step 7 Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
/n Step 8 Slice into breadsticks and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
/n Step 9 Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) to maintain crispness.
Avoid microwaving as it may make the breadsticks soft.
You can freeze baked breadsticks for up to 1 month and reheat directly from frozen.
