Step 1 In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast, and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
/n Step 2 Add flour, salt, melted butter, and olive oil, then mix and knead until a soft dough forms.
/n Step 3 Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
/n Step 4 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
/n Step 5 Divide the dough into small portions and flatten each piece.
/n Step 6 Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each piece and seal into a ball.

/n Step 8 Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

/n Step 10 Stir in parsley, oregano, and black pepper.
/n Step 11 Brush the garlic butter over the warm dough balls and serve immediately.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes to restore their softness and crisp exterior. Avoid microwaving too long to prevent them from becoming chewy.
