Step 1: Flatten each slice of sandwich bread with a rolling pin until thin and even.
Step 2: Sprinkle a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese onto each slice, then roll them up tightly and press to seal.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush each rollup generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Step 4: Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Place the rollups seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy, turning carefully.
Step 5: Remove from the pan and serve warm with marinara or ranch for dipping.
Storage Information
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, pop them in a toaster oven or skillet for a few minutes to regain their crispy texture. Avoid microwaving as it can make them soggy.
