Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
Step 3: Divide the filling among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each. Roll them up tightly like burritos.
Step 4: Place the wraps seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Step 5: Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden and bubbly.
Step 6: Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Storage Information
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain a crispy texture. Freezing is possible, though best when reheated from frozen in the oven to prevent sogginess.
