Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. /n
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. /n
Step 3: Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. /n
Step 4: Stir in buttermilk until just combined, then fold in cheddar cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. /n
Step 5: Scoop small portions of dough and shape into round biscuit bites, placing them on the prepared baking sheet. /n
Step 6: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown on top. /n
Step 7: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the warm biscuit bites. /n
Step 8: Let cool slightly before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F or in an air fryer to maintain texture. These can also be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw and reheat before serving.
