Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish./nStep 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic./nStep 3: Drain excess grease and stir in marinara sauce, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes./nStep 4: Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish, then spread half of the beef mixture over the top./nStep 5: Repeat with remaining potatoes and beef mixture./nStep 6: Cover with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes or until potatoes are tender./nStep 7: Remove foil and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top./nStep 8: Bake uncovered for an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden./nStep 9: Garnish with parsley and let rest before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F (160°C) or microwave until warmed through. This dish can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated before serving.
