Step 1 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. /nStep 2 Add salt, pepper, and taco seasoning to the beef, stirring to combine. /nStep 3 Arrange tortilla chips on a baking dish or plate. /nStep 4 Evenly distribute cooked beef and chopped bacon over the chips. /nStep 5 Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, then drizzle with nacho cheese sauce. /nStep 6 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. /nStep 7 Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, and green onions. Serve immediately.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Nachos are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) to help retain crispness. Avoid microwaving as it can make the chips soggy.
