Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell and pull the lobster meat slightly out while keeping it attached at the base.
Step 3: Place the lobster tails on a baking dish.
Step 4: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5: Brush the seasoning mixture over the lobster meat.
Step 6: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Step 7: Stir in the heavy cream, broth, and lemon juice.
Step 8: Simmer the sauce for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 9: Spoon a little sauce over each lobster tail.
Step 10: Top the lobster tails with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Step 11: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the lobster is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.
Step 12: Remove from the oven and spoon extra garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails.
Step 13: Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover lobster tails in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheat gently in the oven at 325°F (160°C) until warmed through.
Avoid overheating to prevent the lobster meat from becoming tough.
The garlic butter sauce can be reheated separately on the stovetop over low heat.
