Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.
Step 3: Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup pizza sauce, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Step 4: Spread a spoonful of the beef mixture into each tortilla, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan, then roll up and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
Step 5: Pour remaining pizza sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses, then add pepperoni slices and red onion if using.
Step 6: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil before serving.

Storage Information
