Instructions
step 1 Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
step 2 In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil or melted butter with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
step 3 Add crackers to the bowl and gently toss until evenly coated.
step 4 Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese over the crackers and toss lightly.
step 5 Spread crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
step 6 Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.
step 7 Remove from oven and sprinkle with dried parsley.
step 8 Allow crackers to cool completely before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. No reheating is necessary, but you can crisp them in the oven at 250°F (120°C) for a few minutes if needed.
