Step 1: Cook the sausage links or patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in the skillet and scramble the eggs until just set.

Step 3: Lay out the tortillas. Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among them, top with sausage, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 4: Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides like a burrito.

Step 5: Place the wraps seam-side down in a clean skillet over medium heat. Toast for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.

Step 6: Slice in half and serve warm!

Storage Information

Wrap cooled leftovers tightly in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave. For freezing, wrap individually and store for up to 1 month; thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat before serving.
