Instructions
step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
step 2 Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
step 3 Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keeping them attached), place the bottom half in a baking dish, layer with ground beef, cheddar, and American cheese slices. Top with the other half of the rolls and brush with melted butter.
step 4 Bake sliders for 15–20 minutes until golden and melty.
step 5 Season chicken wings with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake at 400°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway. Toss in BBQ sauce.
step 6 Brush smoked sausages with BBQ sauce and grill or bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.
step 7 Brown sausage for Rotel dip in a skillet. Add Rotel, Velveeta, and cream cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
step 8 Combine baked beans, brown sugar, mustard, and BBQ sauce in a saucepan. Simmer on low for 10–15 minutes.
step 9 Plate the sliders, wings, sausage, a cup of Rotel dip, and baked beans for a full feast.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store all items in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat sliders in the oven to keep the bread crisp. Wings and sausage reheat best in the oven at 325°F. Beans and dip can be microwaved or reheated on the stovetop over low heat.
