Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
/nStep 2 In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

/nStep 4 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the patties on both sides until browned.
/nStep 5 Transfer the patties to the prepared baking dish.
/nStep 6 In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with beef broth until smooth.
/nStep 7 Pour the gravy mixture over the patties.
/nStep 8 Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F (165°C) or microwave until heated through. Add a splash of broth if needed to keep the patties moist.
