Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or mini muffin pan.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Step 3: Scoop a tablespoon-sized portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of cheese in the center, then form the meat around it to seal and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Step 4: Place each meatball into the muffin tin and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned on top.
Step 5: Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley and a side of ketchup or BBQ sauce if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven. These bites also freeze well—store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months and reheat directly from frozen or thaw overnight in the fridge.
