Cheesy Taco Pinwheels (Air Fryer Recipe)

Instructions:

Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.

Step 2: Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 3: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix in the seasoned ground beef until well combined.

Step 4: Lay out the tortillas and evenly spread the beef and cheese mixture over each one. Roll up each tortilla tightly into a log.

Step 5: Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.

Step 6: Place the pinwheels in a single layer in the basket (cook in batches if needed). Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Step 7: Serve warm with salsa and guacamole on the side for dipping.

Storage Information:
Store leftover pinwheels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes until warmed through and crispy again.
