Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan./n
Step 2: Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups to form small cups./n
Step 3: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, corn, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper./n
Step 4: Spoon the mixture evenly into each wonton cup./n
Step 5: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden and the tops are bubbly and lightly browned./n
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes to restore crispiness. Avoid microwaving as it may make the wonton wrappers soft.
