Cherry Cheesecake Trifle

Instructions

Step 1: In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined. Press a portion of the mixture into the bottom of a trifle dish or large glass bowl.

Step 2: In a separate mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated to create the cheesecake filling.

Step 4: Layer the trifle by adding a portion of the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust, followed by a layer of cherry pie filling.

Step 5: Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cherry pie filling on top.

Step 6: Chill the trifle for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 7: Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs if desired.

Storage Information

Store the trifle covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It is best served chilled and does not freeze well due to the creamy texture of the filling.
