Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2 In a small bowl mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

Step 3 Brush the garlic butter mixture over each slice of bread and place them on the baking sheet.

Step 4 Bake for 8–10 minutes until the bread is lightly toasted.

Step 5 While the bread toasts, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 6 Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sauté for 4–5 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.

Step 7 In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.

Step 8 Pour in the heavy cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.

Step 9 Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Step 10 Spoon Alfredo sauce over each slice of toasted garlic bread.

Step 11 Top with diced chicken and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.

Step 12 Return to the oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 13 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover chicken Alfredo garlic toast in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 8–10 minutes or in an air fryer for 4–5 minutes to keep the bread crispy. Avoid microwaving if possible, as it may make the toast soft.
