Instructions
Step 1: Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Step 3: Warm the taco shells according to package directions.
Step 4: Assemble each taco with a layer of shredded lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
Step 5: Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and optional shredded cheese. Serve with lime wedges if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftover chicken and bacon in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assemble tacos fresh to avoid soggy shells. Reheat chicken gently before serving.
