Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, sour cream, shredded chicken, half of the cheddar, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Step 3: Spread the tater tots in an even layer in the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 4: Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the tater tots.
Step 5: Top with the remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
Step 6: Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden and crisp.
Step 7: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 15–20 minutes or until warmed through. You can also freeze portions for up to 1 month—thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
