Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella. Mix until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Step 4: Layer tater tots over the top of the chicken mixture in a single layer.

Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the tater tots.

Step 6: Top with crumbled bacon.

Step 7: Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy and the casserole is bubbling.

Step 8: Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped chives before serving.

Storage Information:

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for best results. You can also freeze the casserole (baked or unbaked) for up to 2 months; thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
