Step 1: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing until smooth. /n
Step 2: Stir in shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley until well mixed. /n
Step 3: Lay a tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the filling across the surface. /n
Step 4: Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. /n
Step 5: Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. /n
Step 6: Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. /n
Step 7: Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store roll ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep them tightly wrapped to prevent drying out. These are best served cold or slightly chilled, so reheating is not necessary. If making ahead, slice just before serving for the freshest presentation.
